We pay extra to mark our packages with “Do Not Bend” on them (unlike other sticker companies,) however it is alright if you bend them or if they get bent in mailing. By marking our packages this way the mail system treats our packages differently and with more care. But we only do so to avoid the package being mangled, cut, or folded and creased. But, it is totally fine if your decal is bent.

We use thick card stalk as a safe guard to protect your decals. By using only card stalk as a form of protection our packages are treated with more care because of their delicacy. You may wonder why we don’t use cardboard backing in out packages. Due to the thinness of our products we found that if we place cardboard in the packaging they are treated roughly. And during the mailing system we discovered that using cardboard as form of protection can sometimes produces cuts and hole punctures in the packaging and the decals as well.

Unlike paper or plastic, the vinyl material is flexible in every way. Thus, the vinyl material which, is what your design is made of, will never show any visible marks or creases if it is bent. So if your package has been bent when you receive it, or if you accidentally bend it before application, don’t worry, it is not damaged. The bent piece that you are actually seeing is the paper backing behind the decal and or the transfer tape, the decal itself is highly flexible and does not get bent. And once you take the decal backing off it should be fine, just make sure you pull the transfer tape straight when applying the decal. And once the decal is on the computer or surface then you will see absolutely nor former signs of bending.
